Hi this is my first post on my Road to a fitter and healther me. Here is my current measurements in inches as I go I will measure myself every 2 weeks and post up the new measurements.
Current measurements.
Chest= 40.5 inches
Bust= 43 Inches
upper Leg= 26 Inches
Lower leg=16 Inches
Hips= 46 Inches
Butt= 48.5 Inches
Today I had some cornflakes half a cup with no sugar and a cup of tea with only one sugar in it for breakfast, I will be cleaning my room shortly then I will be taking the dog for a brisk 45 to 60 minuite walk the walk I will do every day and every secound day I will do some other excerises wish me luck!
